Refund policy

At SCENTNAURA, we want you to love every scent you receive. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at fragscentpk@gmail.com or call +971 50 536 6024.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used fragrances
• Items purchased on sale or clearance
• Gift cards

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
